America’s 250th anniversary is more than a celebration of history. It’s a chance to recognize the people who continue building our communities every day.
For nearly six decades, Superior has had the privilege of serving contractors, municipalities, businesses, and homeowners across Connecticut. While many people know us as a supplier of construction materials, equipment, tools, and specialty products, what has always inspired us most are the people behind the projects.
That is what Superior 250: Building America is all about.
LOOKING BACK
Since 1967, Superior has grown alongside the communities we serve.
Over the years, we’ve worked with generations of contractors, public works departments, municipalities, landscapers, masons, builders, and business owners throughout Connecticut.
Many of the projects we have supported are now part of everyday life.
Some are highly visible.
Others are hidden beneath roads, behind walls, and underground.
But together they represent decades of investment in our communities and the people who live here.
LOOKING FORWARD
While America’s 250th anniversary is an opportunity to reflect on our past, it is also a chance to look toward the future.
The next generation of builders, contractors, tradespeople, and community leaders will shape what our towns and cities become over the next 250 years.

As part of Superior 250: Building America, we are proud to support Homes for Heroes and other community-focused initiatives throughout the campaign.
Together with our customers, employees, vendors, and community partners, we hope to make a meaningful impact while celebrating this historic milestone.

Throughout July, August, and September, customers and community members can participate by:

- Entering monthly raffles
- Participating in weekly trivia contests
- Attending customer appreciation events
