Superior Instrument / Retail Sales Associate

The Superior Network of Companies is Southern New England’s largest, independently family-owned group of closely integrated companies, dedicated to providing the survey and construction markets with a vast selection of diversified construction products, equipment and supplies as well as specialized services.

We are currently looking for a qualified candidate to join our Superior Instrument division, a company dedicated to supplying land surveyors and contractors with the latest technology, equipment, supplies and training to keep their jobsites running efficiently and on schedule.

This role would be to assist this division’s Managers and Branch Managers with customer service, sales, showroom display, merchandising and all other aspects and daily operations of our retail store as well as our Ecommerce website. Candidate should have some retail sales experience, enjoy customer service, strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge and be able to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs. Candidate should also be willing and able to learn and progress in all aspects of the surveying and instrumentation industry to further themselves and grow within the department. Knowledge of the surveying and/or construction field, basic computer networking and/or bilingual in Spanish would be a plus.
